By accessing and using our mobile applications and website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of our mobile applications for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the applications
- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

Embiez LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
Limitations
In no event shall Embiez LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our applications, even if Embiez LLC or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on our applications and website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Embiez LLC does not warrant that any of the materials on its applications or website are accurate, complete, or current. Embiez LLC may make changes to the materials contained on its applications and website at any time without notice.

Embiez LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to our applications or website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Embiez LLC of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, USA and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
App Store Terms
Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By downloading our apps, you also agree to Apple's terms and conditions.
Subscription and Payment Terms
Some of our applications may offer premium features through in-app purchases or subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store.
User Content
Our applications may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain ownership of your content, but by sharing it through our apps, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide our services.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use our applications:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
